ABOUT THE EVENT
United Way Manitowoc County is excited to announce the first annual Volunteer Center's Impact Awards!
This inspiring event celebrates the dedication and impact of volunteers who make a difference in Manitowoc County and recognizes volunteers in the following award categories:

Up & Coming Volunteer Award
Honors an individual age 18 or younger who has shown initiative in community involvement.

Lifetime Achievement Volunteer Award
Celebrates an individual with a lifelong commitment to volunteerism and significant contributions to the community.

Volunteer of the Year Award
Recognizes an individual who has gone above and beyond through volunteerism in the past year.

Volunteer Leadership Award
Acknowledges a volunteer demonstrating exceptional leadership and community impact.

Team Volunteer Award
Honors a team that has volunteered together on a community project.

Read the Nomination Eligibility and Criteria below before continuing on to the Nomination Form. The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 14, 2025. Nominees will be announced the following week. Final award winners will be announced and presented at the Volunteer Center's Impact Awards in May.

NOMINATION & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The nominee must have completed volunteer work or hours between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.

The nominee must be an individual or group whose services impacted Manitowoc County.
NOMINATION NOTES

Nomination forms must be filled out completely.

You may nominate more than one candidate (fill out a separate form for each) or may nominate yourself.

Volunteers can only receive an award in one category in any given year.
-
All information in the nomination should be considered public and may be disclosed at the awards ceremony or to the media.

The nominator can remain anonymous if they so choose.
