WHY IT MATTERS

Manitowoc County residents below the ALICE Threshold are forced to make difficult choices and risky trade-offs every day. Many work hard, but choices in one area invariably affect choices in other areas. Ultimately, if ALICE households can become financially stable, our community will be stronger and more vibrant, improving life not just for ALICE, but for everyone.
